Returns:

All items sold on this website is guaranteed to be as described within each respective listing description. In any case that the item received is not, please contact us as we would be happy to resolve this matter with you. A 20% restocking fee and actual shipping costs will be charged for returned items that are due to: incorrect shipping address provided, buyer authorized, or buyer's rejection of delivery. The return window is only open for 30 days after the delivery of the item.

No returns on Special Orders, customized or clearance items. 

Cancellation:

Any order can be cancelled until it has shipped, with exception to custom orders that has already began production. Please do note that our payment processors no longer refunds their service fees in the course of refunds and if the buyer wishes to cancel the order, the fee will not be refunded by us.

Warranty:

Due to the nature of modifications and installation of such components, we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused outside of the appropriate use or installation of each respective product. 

All powder coating is guaranteed to be free from any major flaws and is covered for one year upon the delivery of the order.
